Thank you for taking interest in my commissions! I'm still learning how to refine my work, but I strive to bring the highest quality possible for my clients.

STATUS: OPENWork Queue

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • I reserve the right to turn down any commission. If I feel that I am unable to provide you with the quality you are looking for, I will decline the commission.

  • Please credit me as "Bloom" with a link to my Twitter/X or YouTube (@bloom_505). Feel free to tag me.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • All commissions must be paid in full prior to work starting. I do not accept partial payment unless we have discussed it.

  • Prices are non-negotiable.

  • If I am unable to complete the commission, I will approach you to cancel the order and issue a refund.

  • If I have not started the commission, you will get a full refund. If I am partially completed, you will get a partial refund and everything I have worked on up to that point.

  • Refunds are not acceptable after the finished product has been received.

  • Payment will be done through Stripe invoice.

REVISIONS

  • Revisions can be requested within reason to fit the client's needs, but cannot be requested once final delivery has occurred.

  • The replacement of files may result in an additional fee.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Estimated time for delivery is 2-4 weeks depending on the service if no deadline has been stated. I am not accepting rush commissions at this time.

  • Please note a deadline when you contact me if there is a specific date you need it by.

  • Progress updates will be sent at my own discretion and upon client request after the commission has been noted as WIP.

  • Final delivery will be sent as a Google Drive .zip file.

  • Files will be kept available for one month. It is the client's responsibility to download the files within the timeframe.

USE

  • The base rates apply to personal use (non-monetized) only.

  • Commercial use, such as streaming, distribution, or other monetized use, will be subject to an additional fee.

  • I do not allow my work to be used in any form of AI creation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • The modification of my work is prohibited without permission. Please contact me if you would like any changes made.

  • I reserve the right to use the final work in my portfolio.

!! GUIDELINES !!

  • Maximum number of tracks in each service is 6 tracks per vocalist, for a song up to 4 minutes in length.

  • If this is a cover using translyrics (in a different language than the original), please provide a Google Doc of the lyrics. If the cover is pitched (eg. +3/-3), please note it in your details.

  • If it is a chorus, please provide a Google Doc of the script for cross referencing.

  • Please submit the original song AND the instrumental as a file, not as a YouTube link.

  • Please make sure your lines are exported in mono .wav, 24-bit, 44.1/48kHz, in a .zip file.

  • Make sure to separate any overlapping lines. Ensure that nothing has been cut off, including background noise or breaths.

  • Label your files clearly (Main, Harms, Adlibs, Overlap, Double, etc)

  • Ensure that there are NO effects on your vocals, such as compression, reverb, noise-removal, etc. (If you are a streamer, ensure any streaming presets are turned off.)

  • Make sure you have a decent quality mic with as minimal background noise as possible.

  • A reminder that this does NOT guarantee that your commission will be accepted.
